DATA DELETION GUIDE

This document applies to the data deletion process for the CasinoMax product under Ego Verse.

 

Introduction

At EGO VERSE LTD, your privacy and data security are of utmost importance to us. We are committed to collecting only the minimum amount of information necessary for gameplay, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. Should you decide to delete any information we have stored about you, please carefully follow the steps outlined below:

Steps for Data Deletion:

​

1. Log in to your game account and enter the game lobby.

2. Click on your personal avatar located in the upper left corner to access the Personal Information interface.

3. Select the "Delete Account" button at the bottom right corner of the screen.

4. In the "Delete Confirmation" pop-up window, after the countdown ends, click "Confirm Deletion" in the lower left corner to proceed with the deletion of your account and data.

Please note: 

 

Once you click "Confirm Deletion," you will be redirected to the lobby, and this account will no longer be accessible. Your account and all associated data, including but not limited to game progress, purchased currency, and items, will be permanently deleted after 2 days. This action is irreversible.
